At Derivon, we are committed to delivering your TripleCare Lumbar Relief Pillow as quickly and reliably as possible. Please read this Shipping Policy carefully before placing your order so you know exactly what to expect.

2. Free Shipping
Derivon offers free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. There is no minimum order value required to qualify for free shipping. The shipping cost displayed at checkout will always be $0.00.
Free shipping is available exclusively for delivery addresses within the contiguous United States, Alaska, and Hawaii. At this time, we do not ship to US territories such as Puerto Rico, Guam, or the US Virgin Islands.
3. Order Processing
3.1 Processing Timeframe
Once your payment has been confirmed, your order enters our processing queue. Orders are typically processed and submitted to our fulfillment partner within 2-3 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays.
You will receive an automated order confirmation email immediately after your purchase. This email confirms that your order has been received but does not indicate that it has been shipped. A separate shipping confirmation email with your tracking number will be sent once your order has been dispatched.
3.2 Order Cutoff
Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST on a business day are typically processed within the same business day processing window. Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST, on weekends, or on US federal holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
3.3 High Volume Periods
During peak shopping periods — including but not limited to Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, Valentine's Day, and Father's Day — processing times may extend by 1-3 additional business days due to increased order volume. We will notify customers of any significant delays via our website or email.
4. Delivery Timeframes
4.1 Estimated Delivery
After your order is shipped from our US warehouse, estimated delivery to your address is 7-12 business days. This means your total estimated wait time from order placement to delivery is approximately 9-15 business days.
Important: Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier workload, weather conditions, and other factors outside of our control. Derivon is not liable for delays caused by the shipping carrier or external circumstances.
4.2 Delivery by Region
Delivery times may vary depending on your location within the United States. The following are general estimates after the order has been shipped:

5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow 24-48 hours after receiving your tracking number for the carrier's system to update and reflect your shipment's status.
You can track your order using the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email. If you have not received a shipping confirmation within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at derivonsolutions@gmail.com with your order number.
If your tracking information has not updated for more than 5 consecutive business days, please contact us before filing a claim with the carrier. We will investigate the status of your shipment with our fulfillment partner and provide an update within 2-3 business days.
6. Shipping Address
6.1 Address Accuracy
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Derivon is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you realize you have entered an incorrect address immediately after placing your order, contact us at derivonsolutions@gmail.com as soon as possible. We will attempt to update the address with our fulfillment partner, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order has entered processing.
6.2 Address Changes After Shipment
Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address. Address changes must be requested before the order is dispatched from our warehouse.
6.3 Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to our fulfillment partner due to an incorrect address, a failed delivery attempt, or refusal of delivery, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Re-shipment to a corrected address may incur an additional shipping fee. If you choose not to have the order re-shipped, we will issue a refund for the product cost only — original shipping handling fees and return shipping costs will not be refunded.
6.4 PO Boxes
We are currently able to ship to PO Box addresses within the United States. However, delivery to PO Boxes may take additional time beyond the standard estimates listed above. If you experience any issues with delivery to a PO Box, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
7.1 Lost Packages
A package is considered lost if tracking shows no movement for more than 10 consecutive business days or if the estimated delivery window has passed by more than 5 business days without delivery. If you believe your package is lost, please:

Check with neighbors and your building's mail area or front desk

Contact your local post office or carrier with your tracking number

Wait 2-3 additional business days, as carriers sometimes pre-scan packages before final delivery
If the package is still missing after completing the steps above, contact us at derivonsolutions@gmail.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will open an investigation with our fulfillment partner. If the package is confirmed lost, we will either re-ship your order or issue a full refund at our discretion.
7.2 Packages Marked as Delivered
If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you have not received it:

Check all possible delivery locations at your address (front door, back door, garage, mailbox, with a neighbor)

Wait 24-48 hours, as carriers occasionally update tracking as delivered before the package physically arrives

Contact your local post office with your tracking number to request a delivery confirmation report
If the package cannot be located after 48 hours, contact us at derivonsolutions@gmail.com. Please note that Derivon is not responsible for packages that are confirmed as delivered to the correct address by the carrier and subsequently stolen. We strongly recommend ensuring your delivery location is secure. However, we will review each case individually and do our best to find a fair resolution.
7.3 Damaged Packages
If your TripleCare Lumbar Relief Pillow arrives physically damaged due to shipping, please:

Take photos of the damaged outer packaging and the product immediately upon receipt

Do not discard the original packaging — it may be required by the carrier for a damage claim

Contact us at derivonsolutions@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos
We will review your case and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate under our Refund and Return Policy. Damage claims submitted more than 7 days after delivery may not be eligible for resolution.
8. Fulfillment Partner
The TripleCare Lumbar Relief Pillow is fulfilled by CJ Dropshipping from a warehouse located within the United States. While we partner with CJ Dropshipping to handle storage and shipment, Derivon remains responsible for your customer experience. If you have any issues with your order — including shipping delays, damages, or missing items — please contact Derivon directly at derivonsolutions@gmail.com rather than attempting to contact our fulfillment partner.
The use of a third-party fulfillment partner means that your package will arrive without Derivon branding on the outer packaging. The product inside will be your TripleCare Lumbar Relief Pillow as described and ordered.
9. Shipping Limitations and Exclusions
At this time, Derivon ships exclusively within the United States. The following shipping limitations apply:

We do not currently ship internationally

We do not ship to freight forwarders or package consolidators

Orders shipping to addresses associated with known fraud or repeated chargebacks may be refused

We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order if we are unable to fulfill the shipping requirements
We are actively working to expand our shipping destinations. Customers outside the US who wish to be notified when international shipping becomes available may contact us at derivonsolutions@gmail.com to be added to our notification list.
