Perfect size which allows for maximum adjustability. I read a review that said the heat was barely warm...that is NOT the case. The heat is almost too hot but if it bothers me I will just put a towel over it. I've been using this for 2 days and feel a difference in my back (lower, middle, upper) and my neck. At this point I highly recommend and will update this review if my opinion changes. Definitely a good value for the money.

This is the most amazing pillow I've ever had! It's perfect for my recliner sofa. It plugs in which I prefer since I've been using it continuously for the past two weeks every evening and will continue to and I don't have to worry about charging it since it is powered with a plug direct to the outlet. It has three modes, vibration, heat, and inflation. All three are very comfortable. It also has a second button which will run all three modes in a cycle. The cycle run is approximately 30 minutes, which is perfect because the buttons are on the side of the pillow I can easily just reach back and press on the button to restart the cycle again. All three settings are excellent, but my favorite is the heat setting. It gets very toasty which is perfect for my back. If it's too toasty you can always put a small blanket behind your lower back and it will feel warm instead, totally easy to make it to your comfort. I love it so much, I'm going to be getting a second one for my other recliner. It's truly that amazing, I highly recommend it!

I ordered this 3 in 1 Smooth Spine Triple Fusion Back Massager and at first I wasn’t to sure about it. I was playing around with the different settings without actually laying on it and at first I I didn’t think there was enough power but surprisingly enough there is. I discovered that if you put it on auto it will go through the vibration setting, lumbar support setting that stretches and applies pressure to your back and the heat rotating continuously through each one. The heat setting actually gets pretty warm and the vibration is pretty good when your body is laying on it. Overall I’m happy with it. It gave me some relief, but obviously it’s not going to take the pain away if you have pain due to injuries or pulled muscle. It’s a little bit high priced but if you can get it on sale, I think it’s worth it.

This an easy to take with you, easy to use massage pillow. It comes with a nice long cord so that it will be easily to find a plug, and it runs of a USB cable. So you can carry just the pillow into the office or another room and plug in a USB C cable and you are good to go. There are manual modes where you can select to have just the heat, or massage, or auto. I find the easiest just to sit down and hold the power button for 3 seconds and let it run on auto mode. It will massage and heat your back for 30 minutes and then power off automatically. I have had family and friends all try it and they really all like it. The cover is quite comfortable and feel soft against your back. You can use it sitting up or laying down, I find it's very easy to put behind my back in my office chair and let run it's cycle while I work. The vibration level is surprisingly powerful for such a small unit, you can hear it vibrating in the next room, but it's not loud, you just know it's running. I have found if you are smaller or bigger the pillow easily adapts to different shape and size people without issues.
