4. Pricing and Payment

4.2 Payment

We currently accept payment through PayPal. By providing your payment information, you authorize Derivon to charge the total order amount, including any applicable taxes and shipping fees, to your selected payment method. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely.

5. Orders and Order Processing

After placing an order, you will receive an automated order confirmation email. This email confirms that we have received your order but does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at any time for reasons including but not limited to product unavailability, suspected fraud, or pricing errors.

5.2 Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled without charge if the cancellation request is submitted before the order has been processed and shipped by our fulfillment partner. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at derivonsolutions@gmail.com with your order number. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must be handled through our Refund and Return Policy.

5.3 Fraudulent Orders

Derivon reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order that we suspect to be fraudulent, including orders that use stolen payment information or provide false shipping details. We may require additional verification before processing suspicious orders.

6. Shipping and Delivery

The TripleCare Lumbar Relief Pillow is fulfilled through our US-based warehouse partner, CJ Dropshipping. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Orders are processed within 2-3 business days of payment confirmation
Estimated delivery time is 7-12 business days from the date of shipment
A tracking number will be provided by email once your order ships
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed
Derivon is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control
Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier

60-day return window from the confirmed delivery date

If you paid via PayPal and have an unresolved dispute, you may also file a claim through PayPal's Resolution Center within PayPal's applicable timeframes. We will cooperate fully with any PayPal dispute resolution process.
